Four indicators and function switches can be customized as desired. Comments from the ladder program can be displayed. With its practical functions, the KV-D20 will become a key to cost reduction in your system configuration.


Using the KV-D20 operator interface enables you to configure a practical and economical system.


The KV-D20 features these improvements.
  1. A single KV-D20 unit can display the values for up to 20 counters.
  2. Cost can be substantially reduced for the PLC. → Only a single count input is required for the PLC.
  3. Character display is available. → There is no need to prepare nameplates. (This cuts the cost for nameplates and makes it easy to change characters.)
  4. Modifications/ additions are easy. → Modifications/ additions require changes in the ladder program only. (Extensibility is increased.)
  5. Wire-saving → Connection requires a communication cable only. Even a power supply cable is unnecessary. (This reduces time and labor for wiring and cuts the cost of materials.)
  6. Alarm display is available. → The display and beeping sound indicate the timing of tool displacement.
