Since a magnified image can be projected onto a large monitor, several people can hold a discussion while observing the target image. With this method, the users can perform urgent analysis through observation of the target.
Furthermore, this method allows both skilled and inexperienced workers to observe a target simultaneously.
Only one person can view a live image. This method is time consuming and tedious, since a target must be observed alternately.

Advantages of the digital microscope

  - Efficient communications and decision-making are the end result when users can view the target image simultaneously.

UXGA-compatible, high-resolution 15" LCD monitor

The LCD monitor is a high-definition screen with 1600 (H) x 1200 (V) resolution. It provides viewing angles of within ±85°(typ.) both vertically and horizontally, making it easy for many people to watch the monitor at once.
